These outrageously delicious burgers can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion and any combination of grain and bean will do. To dress up serve as a croquette drizzled with a Shitake mushroom gravy and a portion of millet mashed potatoes and to dress down serve as a grain burger topped with a swirl of Miso Mayo, a thick slice of tomato and a handful of cilantro.
